We’re very excited to welcome Lecao Athletic Base (L.A.B) on board as a sponsor for the 2024 season!!

L.A.B is a Saigon-based gym specializing in small group and private training. They will be helping out at our South training practices and whipping us into shape! L.A.B will be creating profiles for each Vietnam Swans player, including a physical report as well as HITT programs for individuals and the team. Swannies will also get the opportunity to participate in some of L.A.B’s group classes. Additionally, Swan members are offered a 30% discount on small group training at L.A.B – signup through May 31st, 2024!

Cuong Lecao is the founder and head trainer at L.A.B Cuong has been a trainer for the Vietnam National Football team and has years of experience training and creating fitness plans.
