In Vietnam, more children die from drowning than road accidents.

Float International is wanting to introduce a pilot project that delivers swimming lessons to children in Vietnam.  Vote before 31 October 2009 and help Reduce Child Drowning – Vietnam win $10,000 from the Ideablob competition.
