The 5th Kainey Cup between the Jakarta Bintangs and Vietnam Swans has been locked in for 22 March 2014, in Jakarta.
This will only be the second visit to Indonesia by the Swannies but, like Essendon, the Swannies will do ‘whatever it takes’ to turn around the loss suffered to Jakarta at this year’s ANZAC Friendship Match.
It will also be a chance to catch up with former resident Swannies: Dave O’Shea and Shannon Leahy.
Jakarta Bintangs’ President, John Eddy, has said he will “start organising the brass band and trumpeters”.
