Yesterday, Glenn Nolan and Ron Vernon went to the “P” Centre for the Social Protection of Children (Vung Tau Orphanage) to present five sets of cupboards for the children of “N” Centre.
This weekend, thirty five children from N Centre moved to P Centre and the cupboards were required for them to store their belongings.
The N Centre is now being redeveloped to accommodate all the children in two years’ time.
The cupboards were bought with proceeds from the charity box at Tommy’s Bar that totalled nearly VND 7 million ($350).
