In collaboration with our event hosts Jaspas we have selected some perfect wines to be served on the day. In the VIP section we will be serving:
Red – Woodfired Heathcote Shiraz. Hailing from Heathcote in North-Central Victoria it’s best described as bold, brooding and delicious.
White – De Bortoli Winemaker Selection with the choice of Pinot Grigio, Sav Blanc or Chardonnay. These are the maker’s favourites – quality wines with exceptional balance and structure.
In General Admission we will be serving:
Red – De Bortoli Family Selection Shiraz Cabernet which offers drinkers a fragrant dark fruits with hints of red cherry and spicy oak.
White: De Bortoli Family Selection Semillon Chardonnay, a fresh grassy Semillon and stone fruited Chardonnay are complexed by French and American oak for a beautifully luscious balanced wine.
