The Elgar Park Dragons went down by 2pts in a thriller against Oakleigh yesterday. In the first round, the Dragons were stronger to the tune of 21 points. This week, they had a number of injuries to contend with.

Apparently the last quarter was action-packed with the lead changing multiple times. “Mags” ran 70 metres out of the forward pocket to get the ball and ran over an opposition player in the process! And, apparently there was also “drama when the ball hit the post unnoticed by the goal umpire”.
