Today, the Swans Blog exploded into the World of Mega Blogging by achieving its 10,000th hit!
The Swans Blog was launched on 5 May 2007, in part, to try and help players of the newly formed Vietnam Swans (previously it had just been the Hanoi Swans) get to know each other prior to meeting in Bangkok for the Asian Champs in July. Our players and officials were coming from Hanoi, Quang Nghi, Saigon, Tianjin, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne.
Since the Asian Champs, the Blog has managed to survive. Its two biggest weeks have recorded 973 and 928 views. Click on the graph to the side for more details.
The 10,000th hit was recorded as we did our 250th posting.
Interestingly, for trivia fans, it was the Swans 200th posting on 18th August that reported the 7,000th hit on the Swans Blog the previous day.
