Everywhere Hodgey goes, he bumps into connections of the Swannies!
On Thursday, at the Hawks’ last training session of the season, Luke Hodge was snapped wearing a Swannies’ hat.
Yesterday at the MCG, after winning the premiership, Hodgey had his photo taken with the granddaughter of Ron Vernon’s cousin.
Ron, of course, is a gun Swannie who was also a premiership player during the days of the Vietnam Football League.
