Trenter finished in the top one per cent of 15,000 runners in last weekend's Singapore Marathon.

Last Saturday, 3 December, 2011, the Swannies in Saigon held our Awards and Presentations for 2011. A co winner of the award for the Most Improved Player in Saigon was Trent Mears. And he wasn’t even there to collect it!

Trent happened to be in Singapore preparing for the 2011 Singapore Marathon the following day.

Of the 15,272  entrants who finished, Trenter did amazingly well and was the 140th to cross the line.

Trent finished in 3hrs, 28mins and 48seconds and competed in the Open Men’s Division. For his age and gender division, Male, 20-29years, he finished in 39th position. The stats say that his average speed was 4 mins and 56 secs per km which is an average speed of 12.2kp/h. Amazing.
