Last night, the Swannies in Saigon were lucky enough to have a private tour of the frigate, HMAS Sydney.
A number of Swannies took advantage of the amazing opportunity and had a fantastic time.
At the end of the tour, Swans’ National President, Phil Johns, presented the crew with a mounted laminate replica of the Swannies-HMAS Sydney match day banner (designed by Ross McRae Design).
Special thanks to the crew of HMAS Sydney, particularly Hayden Jenkins, Mick Baruch and Cara. Also, to Warrant Officer, Sean Stevenson from the Australian Embassy in Hanoi.
