The Swannies website continues to break all records.

As the Swannies’ Hanoi President, Dan Hopkins said at the beginning of 2012, “No known measurements” and this is clearly shown with teh rise and rise of the Swannies website.

In December, the Swannies’ website recorded just under 10,000 hits with 9,188. That was 47 per cent higher than the figure recorded in teh previous December.

In terms of annual results, in 2012 we recorded 117,892 hits. This is the first time we have cracked the 100,000 hits sound barrier. And, didn’t we do it in fairly dramatic style!

The 2012 result is 33 per cent higher than 2011 when we had 85,000 visitors.

2012 was the first year that we recorded 10,000 hits in a single month – and it happened six times.

The two “killer” months on our website are April (11,974 hits, ANZAC Friendship Match) and September (13,281 hits, AFL Grand Final). Given the level of interest already being expressed with respect to the 2013 ANZAC Friendship Match when the Vietnam Swans will play the Jakarta Bintangs on 27 April (more to follow), it would be prudent to expect a new record for April 2013.

Unquestionably, the Swannies’ website provides further evidence of awesomeness.
