Saigon’s Spotted Cow is being Swannified to become a genuine Swannies Clubroom. Go you Swannies!

The Swannification of the Swannies Bar in Saigon, the Spotted Cow, has begun.

Yesterday, just hours before the AFL Masters team descended upon HCMC in preparation for today’s blockbuster against the Swannies, Mark Stennett was hanging up a number of posters of some of the Swannies greatest pin ups.

The list includes the Shinboner, Hewy, Revo, Heater and old “New Josh” (Josh Murray).

The Spotted Cow has generously offered the Swannies full use of the wall behind the bar to hang memorabilia, photos and posters.

At last, the Swannies will have a base in Saigon that will feel like a genuine Clubroom. In addition, the permanent visual promotion of the Club will greatly assist our efforts to recruit new players and generate income through the sale of merchandise to travellers.

The Spotted Cow is located at 111 Bui Vien Street, District 1. It will also serve as the venue for today’s after match function with the AFL Masters.
