Last weekend in Vung Tau, after the 2013 ANZAC Friendship Match, Swannie, Micky J Johnston started ferreting around his hotel.
Unbelievably, next to the stairs, he chanced upon a mermaid pecking the end of a Swans’ pecker.
Amazing.
Not surprisingly, a couple of frogs in the background were quite fascinated to watch this event, one of nature’s rarest, unfold before their bulging eyes.
As David Attenborough once remarked:
“It seems to me that the natural world is the greatest source of excitement; the greatest source of visual beauty; the greatest source of intellectual interest. It is the greatest source of so much in life that makes life worth living.”
Go you Swannies!!
