Barely a few weeks into the job, the opinionated Taber has already missed his Monday morning deadline for getting the AFL Wrap to the Swans Blog. 

Perhaps we might start expressing a few opinions of our own.

However, in fairness to him, he did put in a big weekend. As Hanoi’s sole representative in the Vietnam Swans team this weekend, he did fly down to Saigon on Saturday morning with 20 pairs of red shorts. During the match he was a sensation to such an extent that the Dragons – after describing him as “the Old Boy” – voted him as the Swans Best Player.

Off the ground, DT was solid as per usual. There wasn’t a chance that the shrewd Old Boy would be caught sipping strawberry tea at midnight – like poor Captain Gus last year.
