Victory Bar is an intimate little cocktail bar found in the heart of vibrant Pham Viet Chanh Street, located in the Binh Thanh area of Ho Chi Minh City. It’s the result of a collaboration between Philip Maher and Gregory Jacob, both of whom called Saigon home and have lived here for 12 years and 9 years respectively. 

Both share a passion for vintage motorcycles and the finest of whiskies from around the world, along with a love of classic cocktails. Perched neatly behind the bar you will find two classic Ducati motorcycles, a 1977 900 series all original made famous by Paul Smart in 1972 at the Imola 200 in Italy. Smart helped to make Ducati a household name as a professional rider for the outfit during the 1970’s and 1980’s. He was rewarded for his efforts in 2006 when Ducati released a limited series motorcycle, The Paul Smart 1000! These bikes form the foundation for the identity that is Victory Bar. We focus our attention on serving classic cocktails and whiskies from all four corners of the planet, with a heavy presence of American bourbon, single malt Scotch whiskey, whiskey from the Emerald Isle (Ireland) and Japan. 

Those of you that take to a warm, cozy intimate setting with laid back music to amplify the surrounding atmosphere and environment will love what we have to offer here at Victory. Sometimes we get a little loud and boisterous especially when celebrating global sporting events like the Soccer World Cup, Moto GP, Formula, UFC and even big AFL games! We cater to all tastes and pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of professional service.
