The Vietnam Swans Swim Teacher of the Month award recognizes an outstanding swimming teacher in the Swim Vietnam team. To acknowledge the fantastic work that they do, the Swans present the recipient with a 500,000 VND cash prize, and a Vietnam Swans cap.
Say hello to Nhon – The Vietnam Swans teacher of the month for March!
Nhon is one of the teachers who worked on Swim Vietnam’s recent water safety project which provided classroom based water safety education to 20,000 primary kids. He is great at showing the kids how to stay safe around water and always makes the lesson really fun.
Nhon loves playing chess and cards and often beats the other teachers at Vietnamese poker. Of course, he only plays for fun and coffee and not for money! Despite his extracurricular hobbies, Nhon is a very responsible teacher. He has been teaching at Que Son pool for almost 3 years and is currently training to be assistant pool supervisor.
We’d like to wish Nhon a big congratulations, and thank him for his hard work teaching invaluable water safety skills to Vietnamese children.
