Here it is, everything you need to know about Indonesia’s first EVER tour to Hanoi on May 20th 2023!
What?
On the weekend of May 20th one of the leading powers of Asian footy tours Hanoi bringing International footy to the capital for the first time in years. The Indonesian touring squad is looking strong so it’ll be all hands on deck to prepare for this years Asian Champs against the 2022 Division 1 finalist. There will be Men’s Reserves and Main Games so all welcome and all to get plenty of game time!
When?
Friday Night 19th May – LIVE footy at the Republic in Tay Ho.
Saturday May 20th Game Day
Vietkick – 9:15am
Women’s Social Game – 10am
Men’s Main Game – 11:15am
Men’s Reserves/Mixed Game – 1pm (4 x 20min quarters)
There will be pies/ sausage rolls/ snacks/ beer and soft drinks being sold at the ground.
After Match Function – Head to the Swans main sponsor The Republic in Tay Ho from 7-10pm. 500k VND free-flow beer/cider and food. Tickets will be available at the game or on the door.
Sunday
BBQ brunch freeflow at Al Frescos Ciputra, it’s 650K for the 3 hours form 12:00-15:00 there is a pool too so bring your suit. Footie will be on and the freeflow includes mixed drinks, beer and the BBQ. You can come to Al Frescos on the day and pay when you arrive.
Where?
We’ve secured a HUGE 160 metre by 90metre field and will be playing 18 a side games!
Where to stay?
The Swans travelling up are recommended to stay at the Hanoi Nostalgia Hotel & Spa* where the swimming pool lends itself perfectly to a post game fine session.
