The Swannies assemble in hotel lobby just prior to leaving for the ground on Saturday.
The Singapore Wombats have beaten the Hong Kong Dragons to claim the 2011 Asian Championships in Bangkok.
The Swannies made the semi finals but were knocked out by Singapore. In the preliminary matches, we beat Cambodia, Lao and Macau – but were beaten by Hong Kong.
The Swannies finished in 4th position and the Jakarta Bintangs finished 3rd.
Great effort by all Swannies – particularly Saigon President, Derrin Limbrick and our Skipper, Dukes who picked up All Asia gongs.
Today is the first time ever that the Swannies have made the semi finals of the Asian Champs. Awesome effort, Swannies.
